Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 1 day of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the items and issue a full refund or exchange, depending on the circumstances.

  • You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

b. Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 1 days for assistance. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and either request the return of the incorrect item or offer a refund.

c. Non-Perishable Items

2. Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

a. Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds for:

  2. Products not returned in original, unopened packaging.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes-24 hrs after placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone with your order number. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

b. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for the following reasons:

  1. Payment issues (e.g., payment failure or suspected fraud).
  2. Product unavailability or errors in pricing.
  3. Shipping restrictions or issues with the delivery address.
    In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund for the canceled order.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you receive incorrect or damaged products.
  • In cases where the customer is responsible for returning products, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6. Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for perishable food items that have been opened or consumed, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Special orders, customized products, or bulk orders may be subject to different terms. Please inquire before placing an order.
